Fixed written quotes before work starts. An NDA before we open your files. Everything we design for you belongs to you.
We check every sheet before it leaves. Final approval for manufacture and site use stays with you and your certifying bodies.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and, unless we have signed something more specific with you, to the design work we deliver. A signed proposal, purchase order or master agreement always takes priority over this page.
Quotes and scope
We quote in writing, at a fixed price, normally within 24 hours of understanding the scope. A quote stays open for 30 days. If the scope changes mid-project, we requote the difference in writing before doing the extra work, no silent meters.
Your files and inputs
You confirm you have the right to share the drawings, models and information you send us. We treat all of it as confidential from the moment it arrives, NDA first, files second.
Your IP stays yours
On full payment, everything we design for you is assigned to you in writing: models, drawings, calculations and source files. We keep no rights to reuse or resell your work.
Checking and your responsibility
A second engineer checks every sheet before it is issued, and we correct our errors at our cost. What we cannot do from a studio is stand in for your final controls: validation for manufacture, testing, site verification and statutory approvals remain your responsibility and that of your certifying bodies.
Payment
We invoice after you sign off the work, not before. Invoices are due within the period stated on them. Until payment, issued work is licensed for your review only.
What we are liable for
If we get something wrong, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the piece of work in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost production or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
This website
The content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not engineering advice for your specific project until we are engaged and have seen your files.
Governing law
Where your contract names a governing law, that law applies. Otherwise these terms are governed by the laws of India, and we will always try to resolve any disagreement by talking first.
