Privacy Policy
We collect only what you send us: your enquiry, your files, your contact details. We use it to reply, quote and do the work.
We do not sell it, run ads with it, or track you around the internet. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
Who we are
ZetaCore is an engineering design studio based at A803 Ratnakar Apartment, 4, Prernatirth Derasar Rd, Jodhpur Village, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, India. For anything in this policy, write to hello@zetacoreservices.com.
What we collect
What you type into our forms: your name, work email, company and a description of your project. What you send us afterwards: drawings, models, photos and specifications.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider also keeps short-lived server logs (IP address and basic request data) for security. We do not use them to identify you.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, scope and quote your project, and deliver the work. That is the whole list. The legal basis is simple: you asked us to, and we need the information to do it.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build profiles of you, and we do not track you across other websites.
Where your information lives
Enquiries arrive in our studio inbox. Project files live in access-controlled PDM, never on personal machines. The website itself is hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.
Because our studio is in India, your information is processed there. Where your contract requires specific safeguards for international transfers, we put them in writing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in touch. Project records are kept for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period after, so we can support the work we issued. Ask us to delete something sooner and we will.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@zetacoreservices.com with the subject line DATA REQUEST and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, DOC.04 GDPR sets out your rights in full.
Changes to this policy
Like our drawings, this document is revision-controlled. If it changes, the revision letter and effective date above change with it.
