STEP.01
Define the question
Each prototype answers something specific — fit, stiffness, seal, ergonomics or cost. Parts that answer nothing do not get built.
STEP.02
Build & source
Geometry prepared for the right process — SLA for detail, SLS for function, CNC for stiffness — and quoted through vetted suppliers.
STEP.03
Test & record
Trials run to the written test plan, with measured results, photographs and failures recorded as they happened.
STEP.04
Fold back into CAD
Findings applied to the model under revision control with a cost delta per change — then the next loop, or release.
