STEP.01
Consultation
Design pressure and temperature, medium, volume, corrosion allowance and the governing code are agreed in writing before anything is sized.
STEP.02
Quotation
Once scope and code are understood, a fixed written quote lands within 24 hours. No hourly meters.
STEP.03
Calculate & model
Shell, heads, nozzles and supports are calculated to code, the vessel is modelled, and results are reviewed with you before detailing begins.
STEP.04
Delivery
Calculation report, GA and part drawings, nozzle schedule and weld map issue together after an independent check of every sheet.
