Which construction system do you draw to?

The 32mm system by default, on 19mm MDF or birch ply. If your workshop has its own construction standard, we draw to that instead.

Can you match our existing hardware library?

Yes. Send your Blum, Hafele or Hettich part list and it becomes the schedule, no substitutions are made without asking first.

Are appliance clearances your responsibility?

We dimension apertures and services from the appliance manufacturer's data sheets and mark every assumption on the drawing for you to confirm.

What CNC outputs do you supply?

Nested DXFs with hinge, dowel and shelf-pin drilling applied, plus labelled cut lists, output for your nesting or point-to-point machine.

How are revisions handled?

Every issue carries a revision letter and a change note, and superseded sheets are clouded, so the workshop never cuts from an old drawing.

Layout sign-off

Plans and front elevations issued for approval first, nothing is detailed until the layout is agreed.

Manufacture pack

Carcass drawings, cut lists, hardware schedules and nested files issued together, checked by a second detailer.
